At N&N, we want you to absolutely love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is here to help:

  • Pre-Approval for Returns:
    Before sending an item back, please email us at Returns@nn-uk.comwith the following details:
    • Your order number
    • The product you wish to return
    • The item you’d like in exchange

We’ll guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth process.

  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are available for items returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The item is unworn and in its original condition.
    • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Manufacturing Faults or Defects:
    Items with verified manufacturing faults or defects can be exchanged or refunded for items returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
  • Earrings and Pierced Jewellery:
    For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our returns and exchange policy unless they have a verified manufacturing fault.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Please note, we do not provide return labels or cover shipping costs for returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
